Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we get it. You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before departure with no cancellation fee.

- schedule48 to 24 hours before departure — 50% refund
- blockLess than 24 hours or no-show — non-refundable (100% charge applies)
Guest Count Adjustments
You’re welcome to update your group size up to the evening before your cruise.
- groupsIf your group becomes smaller, we’ll refund the difference.
- person_offNo refunds are provided for guests who do not show up on the day of the cruise.
- person_addIf additional guests join on the day and were not included in your confirmation, a per-person fee will apply.
Weather Policy
Your safety and experience come first.
- event_availableIn case of unfavorable weather, we’ll do our best to reschedule your cruise at a time that works for you.
- paymentsIf rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Reservations Policy

- credit_cardCredit card charges typically appear on your bank statement within 24 hours as “Cabo Sailing.”

Smoking Policy
To keep the experience comfortable for everyone, smoking is generally not permitted on board.
On private cruises, exceptions may be allowed while anchored, at the stern (rear) of the vessel, and only with crew approval.
