Private Whale Watching
Cabo San Lucas is well known for its magnificent whale watching opportunity. From late December to late March, visitors to Cabo
have the privilege of observing in-close the migration of the Pacific Gray and Humpback whales.
After spending summer feeding in the cold rich arctic water, the whales migrate south to Baja California bays to mate and nurse their young. During spring the whales start migrating back, this time we observe them with their babbles.
An amazingly close encounter with these giant mammals will change your perspective about nature and the ocean.
Our private whale watching cruise departs the marina towards the Land's End and the major points of interest our bay has to offer. During season, we find whales close by without needing to sail deep into the ocean. You can combine your whale watching cruise with snorkeling or as part of sunset sailing in the afternoon to fit your, and your party wishes.
Eco Whale Watching means observing these giants with a minimum or without interfering with their routine. As much as possible, we switch the engine off and use only the sails in order to get close and follow the whales. Our crew is highly trained and aware of the importance of respecting sea life and nature in general. The crew will be happy to share knowledge about type of whales and behavior patterns with you. You cannot miss this one!
For a second time our family choose Cabo Sailing for a day of cruising, whale watching, snorkeling and the beautiful Cabo sunset. If you like sailing this is a must do! The Captain and crew are wonderful and attend to your every need. My son and I took over the helm and trimmed the sails. What a great experience! Kevin.
