Cabo San Lucas is blessed with great sailing conditions. Most of the year enjoying north-north-westerly winds with very little swell.

The large Cabo San Lucas bay allows a perfect combination of good winds (usually blown from land) with no waves at all.

All traffic is usually gone by 2pm leaving a magical placesandy beach with beautiful snorkeling option as well. The bay is open to the south-east and might suffer swells in summer-time when a tropical storm is forming in the south.

Best sailing trip in Cabo by far!

I’ve sailed with Cabo sail for the last three years – both in Jan/Feb and this time in August. We always take the Synergy as it is the newest and coolest boat (spend the extra $ to get it if you can.) Amazing service, crew, office staff, and experience! We felt like rock stars on every trip and every time it was a memorable experience. Bring your ipod and you can play your own music while sailing, snorkeling and bottomless drinks all day! First class all the way. Staff speaks english and all respond quickly to email as well. Don’t miss out!!!

New Beach in Cabo

These last two months our guest can can observe first-hand and enjoy the phenomenon of beach building-up, connecting the Arch with the Sea-Lions colony.

At our area, sea-bottom is consisted of sand. Along our long Pacific beaches, sand in a constant motion caused by the energy the ocean carry. Waves, tides and currents are the main factors for this motion.

walking around Land's End 2011

To put it in simple words, on a clam day, typically to our regain, low energy waves brings suspended sand to the beach, deposit it and then smoothly return. This way  sand is building up to form new beaches. This happen till weather change and a giant hurricane waves, usually during the month of September, are formed, hitting shore with lots of energy, suspending the sand and washing it back to the ocean.

This phenomenon is cyclic. Sand is building up and being washed away every year. After few years with relatively low energy waves, enough sand is built up to, and to our delight, allowing new little beaches to form in Cabo San Lucas.

Don’t miss land’s end special view. last time this happend was at 1991…

Fair winds

don't miss this one!!!

Snorkeling and whale watching

The boat was great. We didn’t know what to expect, but when we saw the boat and the crew our worries were laid to rest. Everything was perfect. There was a total of 10 people on the boat. The drinks came out right away. They provided wetsuits during the snorkeling portion for whoever needed one. The winds were perfect so we sailed for quite a bit. We also got to see a whale since we went in February. The crew went to great extents to insure that we were all happy and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.

Day Sail on February 26th

Recently visited Cabo on a cruise, decided to get away from the overcrowded and overpriced shore excursions offered on the ship. Had a great time on-board the Yael Chica for the Eco Whale Watching cruise. Had a truly great and memorable upscale experience for the same price as any of the shore excursions offered by the cruise ship. Definitely would recommend Cabo Sailing; easy to find, great value, memorable experience.  (source: tripadvisor.com)

Sunset Over Cabo

What a lovely sunset cruise!!! Spectacular sunset, beautiful post card photo landscape…sailing with dolphins, whales and tuna. Pelicans pirating overhead and

lazing seals. Tasty margaritas and snacks…the crew expert and knowledgeable and the ship with comfortable mattresses at front and back of boat. A highlight of our trip to Cabos. I shall never forget our romantic sunset cruise.
